Vegas and Portland pick up city badges
Foursquare has interrupted the delivery of international city badges to drop off two US city badges. These honor Las Vegas and Portland, OR.
As with other city badges, you’ll need to check in at five of foursquare’s recommended spots in each city.
The unlock text for Portland’s Bridgetown badge reads:
Look at you with your mustache, biking to work and sipping on Stumptown. You’ve probably got a well-developed palette for microbrews and a friend who’s a cheesemonger, too, right? Now go on, eat that maple bacon bar. We won’t judge.
The unlock text for the What Happens in Vegas badge reads:
Oh, Vegas. Home to endless pool parties, bedazzled heels, and the last remaining Hummer limos. Now pop some bottles, scoop up a fallen VIP pass from the floor of Caesar’s Palace, and… OMG, how did that tiger get into the closet?!
