Foursquare’s city badge for Oslo arrives
It’s been a while since Foursquare has launched a city badge. Apparently the series isn’t dead, though, because today they released Kollen Roar, a badge for Oslo, Norway.
As with other city badges, you can unlock the badge by checking in to five of Foursquare’s recommended spots in the city. The unlock text reads:
Whether on bike, skis, or your very own kon-tiki, you’ve explored Oslo’s best! After a hike around the woods at Frognerseteren, meet up with friends at Løkka… or are you the Solli Plass type? Either way, hit up Kebab Street on your way home. Sykt fett!
Foursquare launched the city badge program last December and released badges on a regular basis up through early September. This is the first city badge they’ve launched since then — despite the fact that Tunis, Tunisia and Manado, Indonesia were announced as winners of their global city badge contest in March and still haven’t received badge.
What do you think of the badge?
