Keeping up with new foursquare tips at your business can be a chore — and it’s even more of a pain if you’re managing an entire chain. Fourscan aims to make it easier to see what users are saying and to respond to them via social networks.
Fourscan features a dashboard to which you can add any foursquare venues you’d like to monitor. As new tips are added, they’ll appear on this dashboard.
Each tip gives you a variety of ways to contact the person who left it, either to say thank you or to respond to a complaint. You’ll see Facebook and Twitter links for most users, while anyone who’s your foursquare friend will include an email address and/or phone number if they share that data with friends.
According to fourscan’s homepage, they’re planning to add new features like email notifications, monitoring for specific keywords and monitoring the number of check-ins.
