Keep up with a business’ latest tweets with new foursquare connected app

I see so many tweets a day that I can barely keep up with what some of my favorite businesses are talking about. Some have new items, others have special deals and in the end I can’t keep them all straight. A new connected app aims to help keep you in touch with the tweets from your favorite businesses by reminding you of them when you check in there.

Last Tweet is a simple app that shows you the most recent tweet from a business’ official Twitter account when you check in there. Tapping through takes you to their full Twitter profile so you can see all their tweets.

It’s a good way to make sure you don’t miss out on a deal offered to Twitter users or forget about a new menu item.

    Seems like a pretty neat idea. It’s basically what foursquare is doing with their Local Updates, except you’ve actually got to be pushing those updates out if you want people to see them.
