Get your Foursquare grade at Square Grader
Square Grader offers a unique service that connects to your Foursquare profile and grades your performance. It takes into account the badges you’ve earned and the popularity of the places where you’re the mayor. It will also give you a suggestion for your next badge quest.
You can compare your score to your friends’. Unfortunately, you can’t access a list of all your friends’ scores at the same time; you must choose each friend individually to get their grade. There is also an overall leaderboard of all the users whose profiles they’ve “graded.”
Possibly the most useful feature is the Badges page, which shows how popular each badge is. For example, Explorer has been unlocked by 79.2% of users they’ve graded, while Pizzaiolo has only been unlocked by .66%.
For the record, my score of 91 out of 100 was only good for 461st place.

I was actually as high as #92 a week or so ago. Then I lost a mayorship somewhere and got bumped down.
