This is a good idea. I live in an area where there are only one or two restaurants that accept reservations at all, so this option won’t help me much unless I’m travelling.

I’m not sure that I’d actually use it through Foursquare, though. When it comes to finding good food, I still prefer Urbanspoon’s site/app since it’s dedicated to the task. They also do the OpenTable thing.

Will opentable have a link to the foursquare venue on their restaurant pages as well?
