College Badges
Foursquare launched Harvard’s Yard Bird, their first college badge, in January 2010. Stanford and Syracuse followed before foursquare initiated a full-fledged college badge program in July 2011. It’s been a phenomenal success, encouraging thousands of students to join foursquare just to make sure they’re represented by their school’s badge.
Users are limited to one college badge per year.
