B-Roll: Foursquare shout-out on Law & Order SVU

Foursquare got a shout-out on last night’s episode of Law & Order SVU. It appears around 1:50 in the clip above (sorry for the pre-roll ad).

I’m pretty sure the line “That was just a shout-out to my girls at the Huddle House!” will forever live in Foursquare lore.

You might even find a little something special today if you use #HuddleHouse in a check-in…

    A cool shoutout but gives an inaccurate view of Foursquare – the stalking boyfriend found her via a checkin – the only way that would happen is if she still kept him as a Foursquare friend (not likely) or she tweeted the checkin (possible but dumb).

      Of course that’s true, but based on what I’ve seen from the episode, she probably kept him as a friend :)

      True and this will help fuel the misconception that using Foursquare lets anyone know where you are at any time.
